Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel and had a great time! The location is fantastic, right by the river and close to various attractions. The rooms were small but functional, with a view of the river, though there was some noise from the street at night. The service was top-notch, very warm, and efficient. The dining experience was satisfying, and the facilities were good overall. However, the noise from the street at night could be a drawback, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The antique furnishings in the room were charming, but the smell of cheese and feet was a major letdown, and the size of the room was disappointing. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with great assistance for changing plans but encountering loud and inappropriate language. The location was exceptional with easy access to nearby stores and historic downtown. The dining experience had its flaws with greasy food, but my wife's omelet was decent. The facilities were average.
